There have been comments stating that it is broke and causes problems with Dine Out. The mods are: PTME Emotional Overcharge by FlorainPTME which hasn’t been updated since July 2016.
There have been 2 other mods that I have found so far that do about the same thing, however, they have not been updated in a long time. This mod will bring more personality to your sims!
